Is this location available year round?Yes. The house is available year round. Please call to check availability. How far in advance do I need to schedule an event?Different times of year are busier than others, so it depends on when you would like to have your event. For example March and April are very busy months as the weather in South Florida is so nice. To book an event in those months you might want to give yourself a year. Please call to check availability. Is there an exclusive caterer for this property?Yes. Bill Hansen Catering is the exclusive caterer for this property. For information about his catering, please visit www.billhansencatering.com. Under certain circumstances, we will allow another approved caterer on the property. For example for Glatt Kosher events. Do I need a wedding or event planner?A planner is not required, but will sure make your life a lot easier and save you time investigating vendors. Professional, experienced planners know which vendors will give you the most "bang" for your buck, as well as which vendors are best not to work with. They also have the experience to handle an emergency and any back up contacts should something not go as planned.
